Hope for Salem 

A cooperative mission project between Salem and Hope Lutheran Churches 

Objective: Renovate the house at 1133 Huron St. to provide additional needed ministry space for Salem.

History: A few years ago Salem acquired ownership of the house adjacent to their Parish House.  Sadly, a subsequent electrical fire destroyed the interior and the house has since remained vacant.  

Project Scope: The plan is to renovate the first floor of the house to provide office space for Pastor Vince and the Salem staff.  Space would also be provided for their Church Council and other groups to meet.  The second floor would be converted into a rental apartment.  The existing Parish House would become a Hospitality House to serve the expanding youth and family ministries at Salem.
